  • Each garment includes fabric care instructions on its label. Customers must follow these guidelines.
  • FabricFizz is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.
  • Handcrafted or delicate items may require special care; such instructions are provided on the product page.

7. Orders and Payments

a. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt, but your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and a shipping confirmation is issued.

b. Payments

We accept secure online payments via licensed UAE payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, etc.).

Payment details are encrypted and processed in compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

c. Pricing Errors

In case of pricing or stock errors, FabricFizz reserves the right to cancel or amend any order.

Customers will be notified and refunded in full where applicable.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations.
  • Dispatch usually occurs within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment.
  • Delivery times depend on courier availability and destination.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
  • FabricFizz is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Customers must ensure their shipping information is accurate. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery failures at the customer’s expense.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14–21 business days of approval.
  • Custom-made, altered, sale, discounted, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • FabricFizz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.\
  • Products that are custom-made, personalized, altered, or produced to specific customer requirements — including customized T-shirts, apparel, and accessories — are excluded from the Company’s return, exchange, and refund policy. Once an order for such items is confirmed, it shall be deemed final and binding, and no cancellation, return, or refund shall be permitted.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes:

  • Are valid only for the duration and terms stated.
  • Cannot be combined or applied retroactively; and
  • May be withdrawn at any time without notice.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All Website content—including trademarks, brand names, product images, text, designs, and graphics—belongs to FabricFizz Clothes Trading LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid for the item in question.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020

(Consumer Protection Law).
